By accessing and using the Tinwin platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Platform Description

Tinwin is a singing competition platform where:

Singers can register, record, and upload singing performance videos
Our admin panel collects and evaluates all submissions
Top 3-4 singers are selected by the admin panel
One winner is selected and awarded prizes including studio recording opportunities

3. User Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring your account information is up to date

4. Video Submissions

4.1 Submission Requirements

When submitting videos, you agree to:

Submit only original performances or performances you have rights to
Ensure videos contain clear audio and video quality
Comply with file size and format requirements
Not submit offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

4.2 Content Ownership

By submitting a video, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content
Your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights
You grant Tinwin a license to use, display, and evaluate your submission

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
Promotes illegal activities

5. Competition Process

5.1 Submission Evaluation

All video submissions are collected and evaluated by our admin panel. The evaluation process is at the sole discretion of Tinwin and its administrators.

5.2 Selection Process

The admin panel will:

Review all submissions
Select 3-4 top performers
Rank and select one winner
Make final decisions regarding prize distribution

5.3 Winner Selection

The winner selection is final and binding. Decisions made by the admin panel cannot be disputed or appealed unless there is evidence of fraud or misconduct.

6. Prizes and Rewards

6.1 Prize Distribution

Prizes will be distributed to the selected winner as determined by the admin panel. Prize details, including studio recording opportunities, will be communicated to the winner.

6.2 Prize Conditions

Prizes are:

Non-transferable and non-exchangeable
Subject to availability
May be modified or substituted at Tinwin's discretion
Subject to winner verification

6.3 Studio Recording

Studio recording sessions are subject to scheduling availability and terms agreed upon between Tinwin and the winner.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Tinwin and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content License

By submitting content, you grant Tinwin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Use, reproduce, and display your content on the Platform
Evaluate and judge your submission
Promote the competition and winners
Archive submissions for competition records

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Use automated systems to submit content
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

9. Admin Panel Rights

The admin panel reserves the right to:

Review and evaluate all submissions
Reject or remove any content that violates these Terms
Select winners based on their evaluation criteria
Modify competition rules and procedures
Suspend or terminate user accounts for violations

10. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tinwin does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of all content
Results or outcomes of the competition
Availability of prizes or services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in the competition.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tinwin harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your submitted content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Submit inappropriate or prohibited content
Fail to comply with Platform rules

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

17. Severability
