2. Registration and Participation

2.1 Free Registration

Currently, registration and participation in the Tinwin singing competition are free of charge. No refunds are applicable as no fees are collected for basic participation.

2.2 Premium Services

If we introduce any premium services, subscription plans, or paid features in the future, the following refund terms will apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

3. Prize Distribution

3.1 Winner Prizes

Prizes awarded to competition winners are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a prize is distributed, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are exceptional circumstances as determined by our admin panel.

3.2 Studio Recording Sessions

Studio recording sessions provided to winners are scheduled and cannot be refunded. However, if a session needs to be rescheduled due to technical issues or circumstances beyond the winner's control, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date.

4. Video Submission Fees

If we introduce fees for video submissions in the future:

  • Submission fees are non-refundable once a video has been uploaded and processed
  • If a video fails to upload due to technical errors on our end, a refund or re-submission opportunity will be provided
  • Rejected submissions due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake
  • Technical errors on our platform that prevent service delivery
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Service cancellation by Tinwin before completion

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed services or delivered prizes
  • Services used or consumed
  • Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
  • Fees for rejected submissions due to policy violations
  • Administrative fees (if applicable)

7. Refund Process

7.1 Requesting a Refund

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 User Cancellation

Users may cancel their participation at any time. However, any fees paid for services already rendered or prizes already distributed are non-refundable.

If Tinwin cancels a competition or service before completion, eligible participants may receive a full or partial refund as determined by our discretion.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

  • Allow up to 10 business days for appeal processing

11. Currency and Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If currency conversion is involved, exchange rates at the time of refund will apply. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
